I don’t understand

So I was doing my normal morning foxnew.com reading and I came across this article.

Let me start off by saying the following, YES having sexual relations with a minor is against the law, and should not happen. However saying that I remember some 15 years ago I know for a fact, that me and any of my friends would have killed to have sex or "sexual acts" at that age. Yes we would not know what to do, but having a older woman "read our hot teachers, or our friends hot mom's" guiding us I am sure we would have had fun. Now again, sex and sexual relations with a minor is wrong and illegal but again; it would have been awesome.
Come on people, think about this, lets say your gym teacher was oh Pamela Rogers what teenage boy would do this and they run home crying to mommy? I mean if this had happened to me or any of my friends I know we would get in trouble, but that would be because we would be parading around like peacocks with our chests and feathers displayed out wide. We would be bragging to our friends something stupid. Not crying to our mommies because we got laid or these "oral acts" at 15. Then again we were not a bunch of crying whining emo babies like today.
Heck I bet you even though my dad is a no games, did not take my crap kind of dad, if I had gone to him and said "Dad, Mrs. Blank gave me a blow job the other night", he would cut me off and give me a high five. Not demand we run to the police station. Now I understand that because I am a guy, and I have sons that maybe my view points are a little off, but dang nobody, not me or any of my friends would have gone home crying about sex at 15.
